The Ordnance Survey Map of 1882. By now the railways have had 38 years to alter the shape of the landscape, both the Great Western Railway, and the London and North West Railway. The Lilleshall Company also have their own Mineral Line railway, joining the Priorslee Furnaces with the collieries, and the New Yardin St Georges. Oakengates is booming, and the Trench Incline still works, feeding Bullock's Steam Flour Mill in Donnington Wood (not seen here) until 1921.
